Perhaps you want to learn to master handstands for fun. I create custom choreographed Yoga workouts for individuals, or small groups with a like-minded goal. Beyond that, I teach people to utilize Yoga practice to heal the body, bring about more strength, flexibility and a calmer mind. I also love to help women with fertility and pregnancy, I am a trained prenatal Yoga teacher. No matter what your needs are, when Yoga practice is steady, and the food you eat is healthy, you will feel better in your body and achieve your goals.
