When all hope seems lost and demons are everywhere, blood is spilling on the earth... every time a demon is beheaded by a “good guy,” from every drop of blood sprouts a new demon, and like zombies the numbers just keep growing and growing... #MaDurga is invoked to help where so many others have failed. She has eight arms She rides in on a lion. She is in command of the animal kingdom and nature serves her highest purpose: to save us from ourselves and pull this paradise where we live out of the Hell realms where it seems to be heading. She is in command of the space-time continuum (see Milky Way is wrapped around her finger), she holds the signature trident of #LordShiva, showing she is in command of the Gunas, or three qualities of relative existence. The sword is to cut off the heads of the ignorant. When she cuts off your head, that shit is cauterized, and no new droplets of blood seep out to make a new demon... the metaphor is about doing the requisite spiritual work such that no bad seeds are left to germinate heavy or negative karmas any longer. I have been having so much fun developing the #omcollection. This piece is my absolute fave so far. The stone is #opal, but am making once currently with #amethyst. Both go incredibly well with #rosegold, don’t you think? Also, #omcharm is a name that was suggested for our line... Or #omjewel.... What do you think?
